(Note: Role plays with Atreus take place after the story "Torin Youth".)

Name: Atreus Speros

Species: Torinian Human

Age: 18

Sex: Male

Height: 6"

Skin complexion: Tawny (tan)

Hair color: Auburn (Brownish-Red)

Eye color: Hazel

Affinity: Lightning Magic

Other characteristics: The hair on Atreus’s head is usually a mess. As for most Torinians, his hair is hard to manage due to the presence of down feathers and filoplumes in it, a result of biological cross-contamination between harpies and humans caused by mysterious environmental phenomena on Crystal Island. He seems to have more than the average Torinian does.

Background: Atreus Speros dreams of being recognized as a hero and redeeming the honor of his family. For all his life, Atreus has lived with the shame of being the son of the infamous woman who was accused of betraying the Torinians and siding with the Scarlet Vixen in a battle. His mother’s name became outlawed, and she was remembered as the Deceiver and "the traitor". In fear of Atreus bringing any more disgrace to his family, his father discouraged him from striving to become a Legionnaire, following in his mother’s footsteps. But Atreus can’t resist the call to venture outside the city walls.

Additional information: Atreus has a remarkable singing voice and very few people know about it aside from the harpy Harriet who recognized his hidden talent and encouraged him to use it. Atreus would love to be recognized for his talents but as it is, most people in the city shun him. He wonders if everything can change for the better if he becomes a hero.

Combat: Atreus is proficient in archery and lightning magic. He uses a bow crafted with an Caeli Crystal (Iracal Crystal) that allows him to channel lightning magic through it, shooting lightning bolts like arrows at his targets. As a Torinian Human, his lighter skeleton helps him to move swiftly and his eyes can see a much farther range than a typical human can, making him accurate at a range that typical humans need scopes for.

Notes on roleplay: The events of the story "Torin Youth" change Atreus' outlook on life. I will not spoil the differences here but you can learn them in role plays.
