Minerals: Philosopher’s Stone
===============================
Rarity: Legendary
Believed to be found in the depths of the Shimmering Sea where titanic battles have destroyed the land that once joined Iracal Island and the continent of Felarya, Philosopher’s Stone is a legendary stone that is used in crafting extremely powerful magical artifacts. The power of this stone is said to be so great that only a God can use a piece larger than 2 inches (5 cm) in diameter without being killed. Needless to say, creating an artifact with the Philosopher's Stone takes the talents of a magismith of the highest order.

Artifact: The Philosopher’s Eye
==================================
Crafted with the legendary Philosopher’s Stone, the Philosopher's Eye is believed to have granted the holder with the ability to alter reality by making statements like, “This ... isn’t here,” or “This is a sword in my hand, not a stick.” What can’t be done is speaking something completely out of existence. Some have said that it was once held by the ruler of the now ruined city of Ur-Sagol. Where the Philosopher’s Eye is today is anybody’s guess.

Artifact: Tolkin's Sword of Knowledge
=======================================
In the mythology of the Dracaenas, the hero Tolkin that slayed the gorgeous Dracaena named Alur was said to have wielded this sword. Tolkin fought without his eyes and relied upon the supernatural knowledge that the sword endowed him with. The phenomena of knowing what was not learned or seen, supernatural knowledge, is said to be one of the many possibilities of the legendary Philosopher's Stone that was crafted into the hilt of Tolkin's sword.
The current location of the sword is unknown but one rumor tells of Tolkin leaving the sword at the Peak of Sorrow, west of the Evernight forest before he mysteriously vanished. Why he traveled to the Peak of Sorrow and drove the blade of the sword into the mountain is a mystery but some recently discovered tales paint a tragic picture of Tolkin's last days.

Artifact: The Golden Shield of Alur
======================================================
Due to the magical prowess of the Oiriopata, The Golden Shield of Alur, decorated with the face of the mythical Dracaena Alur, possessed the power to transform any matter into precious stones and metals, as long as it could be focused on the target long enough to take affect. With that shield the Oiriopata were able to freeze their enemies in solid gold; it quickly became the bane of the Titan army, who the Oiriopata had fought many battles with. The shield was eventually lost by an Oiriopata in battle and found by a small humanoid named Pessinus who discovered the shield's ability to change its size to fit the hand of its owner, as well as its power to turn objects into gold. He then used it to become ruler over his home city. After the King accidently turned a loved one into gold, he carried the shield to a volcano with the intent to destroy it by throwing it in. But he inadvertently turned himself into gold when he faced the shield to curse it. The golden remains of the King were found by his people and placed in the center of the city, secured to a pedestal. The shield was nowhere to be found. It was presumed by the people to have been destroyed by the King before he was turned to gold. The peoples' many attempts to revive him never succeeded but they always hoped that he would miraculously awaken one day.

The Transmatrix
=====================
It's believed that the mythical Oiriopata excelled in both magic and science, and they used their mastery of both to shape the archipelago of the Shimmering Sea. One artifact which legend speaks of is the Transmatrix, a crystal-like tetrahedron that is gaurded by the Helicon Pegasi. According to that legend, the Transmatrix could transform any object or creature into the form desired. The Oiriopata are said to have used the transmatrix to create the flat summit of Mount Litocoro, creating a plateau large enough to build a city upon. Just how powerful is the Transmatrix's ability to transform an object? It's powerful enough that the Oiriopata charged the mighty Helicons to gaurd it.
